I acknowledge that participation in Suiniggat 2026 involves riding a motorcycle on public roads and carries inherent risks. I participate entirely at my own risk and accept responsibility for my motorcycle, riding, safety, conduct and compliance with all applicable road traffic laws.

I confirm that I hold a valid licence appropriate for the motorcycle I will ride and that the motorcycle is legally licensed and roadworthy.

I indemnify Trailrider Media, CABC, the event organisers, sponsors, officials, landowners, venues and associated parties against claims arising from injury, loss, damage or expense connected with my participation in the event, except where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

I understand that the event is not a race and that I remain responsible for riding safely and according to road and traffic conditions at all times.

I understand that no part of the event rules requires or encourages unsafe riding, unusually slow riding, obstruction of traffic or any other conduct contrary to road traffic laws.

Photos and video may be taken during Suiniggat 2026 and may be used by Trailrider Media and CABC for event coverage, social media, websites and future event promotion.

I consent to photographs or video of me and my motorcycle being used for the purposes above.
